By creating an account on aevumdecessus.com, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
Changes to the Terms of Service will be announced on the updates page. It is your responsibility to read the updates and keep track of them. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account.- 1 - Age Limits
- All players must be above the age of 16 when signing up for an account. Any account found to have been created under false pretenses about the age of the user will be jailed immediately pending further investigation
- 2 - Game Decency
- Although there are no language censors in place, any directed verbal abuse or harassment in any form towards staff or other players will result in immediate jailing and/or banning of the offending account
- 3 - Account Usage
- The Administration team reserves the right to modify/delete, or otherwise change any user account at any time, for any reason.
- 4 - Multiple Accounts
- Each player is allowed one and only one account. Anyone found with multiple accounts will see all accounts jailed or terminated. We may assume that you have multiple accounts if most resources are transferred from one account to another, if trades are made for excessive amounts, or if trading is taking place from the same location. All suspected accounts will be investigated pending decisions
- 5 - Bug Abuse
- Anyone found using bugs to gain illegal items or make the game work in any way other than that in which it's supposed to will be removed from the game's databases.
- 6 - Account Names
- Imitating staff is strictly prohibited. Accounts with user names that are substantially the same as a staff member's user name will be jailed until the time when a supervisor or administrator changes the user's account name. Also, any names which are racially abusive, or obviously derisive will be immediately jailed or deleted.
- 7 - Don't Advertise
- It doesn't matter how cool your site or your friend's site is, that information does not belong in this game. Any evidence of advertising will result in a warning on the first offense, and any subsequent offenses will result in an immediate jailing.
- 8 - Pornography
- Pornography in ANY form will not be tolerated at all. If any account is found to be uploading/posting/linking to any pornography at all, the account will be immediately jailed, and then deleted, and the offending IP address permanently banned from access to the game in the future.
- 9 - Resultant Action
- Any of these infractions can result in a warning at the least, probably jail time for your account, and immediate deletion on some counts. If you have any questions, feel free to send a message to one of the administrators or supervisors. All decisions are final unless deemed to be made in error or on false information.
