Signups Disabled.
I have temporarily disabled the saving of new signups. This is so that I have the opportunity to test out the new signup process, especially the email part without inserting bunches of new user accounts into the database. Once I get this up and working, I will initiate the user-database reset I mentioned previously, and re-enable signups.
