Internal error should be fixed now
Apparently, the issue at hand is in the combination of how CakePHP internationalization works, and the particular version of the Zend Optimizer that Dreamhost is using. I overrode the function, so it should be functioning properly now, I will be keeping tabs on this in the next weeks
